The reviews are 100% right about this place. I've been here four or five times and only one time have I ever actually received service. Just today I came to pick up an order and to no surprise there's a sign on the speaker that says CLOSED UNTIL 1AM (in poor handwriting). And yes there are employees walking around inside the store doing who knows what. Can someone from corporate come in or bring someone in to actually run the place? I try to order 3 taco beef burrito, I wait online like 15 minutes, I was wonder why I have to wait that long? So when I check on the window, I have to wait like 5 minutes, when I got the foods, the foods taste yak. Horrible foods, horrible employees, manager should pay attention what customers complain.
These guys do not put the fast in fast food. I waited over 35 minutes for an order when there was nobody in line and no orders in the kitchen. The staff on sight reeked of weed and they still proceeded to screw up my order. Y'all ruined my night and my kid is crying because they couldn't get their favorite order, shame on y'all for ruining my child's night. This taco bell needs better training or to start issuing drug tests.
