In understand they were busy but unfortunately 20 mins late to my order is just to long. I respect the workers they looked like they were working hard, but this doesn’t seem acceptable to me especially since I order an hour it ahead to be read at 12

We’ve tried to give this one multiple chances. Multiple times they've told us they’re “closed for 30 minutes” (come back 30 minutes later and they’ll say it again, indefinitely either until shift change or until close and have yet to give us a reason despite asking multiple times). When they do actually serve us it’s terrible quality and generally bad attitudes all around. I've tried to give them second chances, but somehow every visit gets worse. Wrong items, missing items, ruined items, on top of that there can be hardly anyone in line and its still a 5-10 minute wait. Anything over 4 items is too big of an order for them because "they're having machine issues" but that's been the case for months, this has always been a problem with this location. I don't understand how corporate hasn't gotten involved with this location, because this tacobell is horrendous, and that's on tacobell standards ... read more
