Customer service here is terrible. There’s one employee who works the drive-thru (short with dreadlocks) who always has an attitude. Every time I pull up, he says “Are you ready?” in a low, passive-aggressive tone so you can barely hear him. Then you have to ask him to repeat himself. It feels intentional and it’s childish.
