This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience that I have had. Not only did they have to remake my food, but the remake was worse than the first time that they gave me my food. They served it up like slop and wrapped it up when it was supposed to be crunchy and edible. This was absolutely deplorable and unacceptable for the price that I paid and the time that we had to wait. The drive-thru employees are always so nice and my orders are always accurate. I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell specifically because I know they’re gonna take care of me.
This Taco Bell is consistently great. Staff greet you pleasantly, and seem genuinely good people. I just went through the drive-through and I got my food unless than 15 seconds. Incredible stuff, great job guys.
Wow, service is good here, too bad that the items in this location are >60% more expensive than other locations for some reason.
