New chicken wrap crunch is no good. Mountain dew was flat.
The tables were all dirty and have to ask the employees to clean the tables to eat and the floors were dirty. Rude employees and gave us dirt wet trays and ignored giving our drinks. Worst service.
It’s supposed to be FAST FOOD! 20+ minutes in the drive thru? Would recommend a different location so they can figure things out.
Worst “fast” food experience of my life. I knew shortly after we ordered that we had made a huge mistake walking into this location. It was almost an hour wait, not just for us, but for everyone in the restaurant. Hardly crowded…and honestly not sure how everyone kept their patience with the rude staff. Zero customer service. How does TB corporate even allow this place to function? Sad and pathetic.
You have to wait sooo long!!
