There's only one person behind the counter. So service is always slow. Hire more people to give them help!

My food is always spot on and cooked fresh! But this is one of the worse locations to visit in the summer time. They do not have AC so the place is hotter inside than outside. I went three weeks ago and had similar experience. Extremely uncomfortable place to eat, unless you like sweating while you eat. I feel even worse for the workers.
