I came in to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready, yet after 10 minutes of waiting I was told it still wasn’t done. Another 10 minutes passed with no communication. Only when I asked for a manager did my food suddenly “appear”—clearly it had been sitting on the counter the entire time. The lack of attention and customer service was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I should have looked at the reviews before going to this lack of a place.

After repeating my order three times to the girl taking it, I drove up to the window. She didn’t greet me—just gave me the total and took my card. She returned it with the receipt and said, “Your food will be out soon.” I checked the receipt because I had trouble placing the order and wanted to confirm it was entered correctly.
