Scam location. If you order online on the Taco Bell app they'll accept your order to say that it's "being prepared" so that you can't cancel it, and they won't pick up calls (and they'll burn your Taco Bell points too if you care about that). Then they'll keep delaying and delaying it until the sun comes up and you can't change it (so far it's been nearly 3 hours ETA save me)
They accepted my order so I couldn’t cancel but didn’t make my order and keep delaying it.
Super rude service, they always mess up the order and put in things I’m allergic to. The company needs to staff this location better.
Fries & A Baja blast never disappoints! But every night i come here i gotta wait about 10-15mins just for fries. i definitely work fast food and know what it’s like to be in their position so i was very patient but 10-15mins for just 1 Large Fries. Mind you i ordered it with a Drink & the Worker didn’t give me my cup so i totally forgot about my drink once i walked out. + Staff with attitudes, Saw Fries all over the place and burritos and tacos on the counter with no wrap on them..
