This review is strictly about bad customer service...regardless of whether or not a store has completely automated ordering screens, employees should still have the courtesy to ask "may I help you?" if they see a customer standing in their lobby and not using the screens. I was there to pick up an online order that I had a notification stating it was ready. I ordered a cheese and beef burrito with extra beef and this is what I got...
Honestly just disappointed. It’s not too hard to get the order correct the first time. And when we call to have it fixed all I get is a “sorry I’ll talk to the kitchen”.
