I don’t understand how you can mess up a persons order all the time. Seriously. This whole place needs a complete turnover because obviously the managers aren’t doing their jobs. Your employees mess up so much they should’ve been fired. How do you consistently leave things out or forget to send items? This is the worst Taco Bell ever with terrible customer service and obviously horrendous management. Would give zero stars but felt the need to warn people about this junky place.
This taco bell here is pretty new and I mean the customer service isn't that bad but like at the same time went the other day and like I was asking a guy something some black guy that works theyre and was just like ignoring like ok and I think he's like a manager and then me I sometimes wonder like why businesses close and stuff and I also know ok if they're bathrooms are like for employees but just saying they should have theyre bathroom open for customers and I'm actually done with this taco bell I wanted to buy a Mexican ... read more
Terrible customer service

They don’t know how to do service. When the store is empty they still make you wait for no reason. They make u wait sometimes 25 minute when the store is empty
