5 stars for employee Brian, who went above and beyond last week to compensate and help with an order issue (we ordered breakfast and waited 20 mins for the order to come out, but none of the employees came out to tell us that the order was cancelled - as they no longer serve breakfast- despite us being the only customers in the store). Ordered 2 rice & bean sides, but they think sending beans on top of potatoes is acceptable? Is someone on drugs?! I'm genuinely concerned that something is very wrong with a worker here. Check your staff. It's kind of funny but also just absolutely ridiculous. This isn't even an item on the menu. What is happening. Then I open my rice & bean burrito to find more potatoes.
