Horrible service. Made us wait forever before telling us they didnt have our food order started. Shrugged us off and had to get a refund online
I use to love this Taco Bell, but it’s really gone down. When you drive through late at night. You don’t get the right orders. This has happened twice. The mix ups and confusion is a mess. I don’t like ordering here anymore. You tell them what you want, and you get a completely different order at the window. And you have to explain it to them several times. Bring back the old staff. I had a bad night at work and came to the drive through after for a snack. Christopher was so funny and awesome, really cheered me up!
