I’ve given this location multiple chances, but they repeatedly add meat to my vegetarian orders. This isn’t just a minor mistake. It means I can’t eat the food I paid for. Each time I’ve reported the issue through the Taco Bell app, I’ve only received a partial credit instead of a full refund for the incorrect items. I accidentally forgot to take off the creamy jalapeño sauce on my online order for one of my burritos when I got there I asked if they could take it off and they said yes. W service.
Locked the door and refused service in the drive thru and I will never come back to that restaurant again...
