Come to this location all the time and normally have a decent experience. Not on my recent visit. Yvette in the drive thru was extremely rude when taking my order over the speaker. She lacks customer service experience and should not be working the drive thru or any customer facing roles..... there was a young lady at the window that was 100% more pleasant but I failed to get her name (young girl with black glasses, receipt says kimberly but not sure) She was much much better than Yvette

Wow! Now I remember why we don't go to this Taco Bell. Walked in. Restaurant was completely empty. We waited at the register for about 5mins for the cashier to stop texting. Actually, they didn't even look up from their phone and tell us to hang on a second. An employee eating at the tables told us to hang on a second (lol stillll the cashier hadn't looked up lol). I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your drive-thru. I spent $14 on a meal that was served cold, with small portions, and once again, no sauce was included despite me specifically asking for it. To make matters worse, my drink order was wrong. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told I’d have to pay again just to get the right one — which is unacceptable. This isn't the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location.
