Wow! Now I remember why we don't go to this Taco Bell. Walked in. Restaurant was completely empty. We waited at the register for about 5mins for the cashier to stop texting. I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your drive-thru. I spent $14 on a meal that was served cold, with small portions, and once again, no sauce was included despite me specifically asking for it. To make matters worse, my drink order was wrong. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told I’d have to pay again just to get the right one — which is unacceptable. This isn't the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Wow, it's been awhile since I've eaten at a Taco Bell (over 2 years). I was absolutely shocked at the current prices. My bill was almost $15 for 3 crunchy taco supreme, and a steak burrito $3 on the value menu. The Tacos were good, nothing special, but the steak burrito was definitely the best surprise with a good blend of spicy and just the right heat 🥵. I recommend you give it a try while it's being offered on the value menu!
