I ordered a chicken Cantina burrito with extra chicken. I waited almost 20 minutes inside. When I got the burrito it had everything but chicken. This was the worst service I've had in a while. I wish I could leave a review with zero stars.
The AI took my order and actually got everything correct. The lady working the window was nice. I got my food super quick and it tasted great.
Just remodeled, I always get great service
I just sat in the lobby for 23 minutes watching others who ordered after me get their food. Nobody said a word to me as I waited patiently. after 15 minutes i asked what was going on. I was then lied to about how much longer to get my order. Had to ask multiple times how much longer for my order. Absolutely insane
