Waited in their drive through for over 20 minutes only for them to tell me the order wasn’t ready. I said “really?! I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes already!” They said “they’re doing the best they can”. Absolutely not! For $20/hr if that’s the best they can do then they need to find other career paths.
Slowest drive thru ever!
This place takes way too long if you need food from here order 1hr in advance. Waited 40 minutes in drive thru for 1 order and when I finally got it it was cold, you better off going elsewhere Edit: it has been nearly 2hrs and still nothing this store is actually ridiculous there os no reason for FAST food to take this long everyone do the employees not know how to make the food?? Utterly disappointed
This place and all of its employees deserve the fattest shout out. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I absolutely HAD to leave a review. Impeccable customer service and resolution skills. My experience here is always top tier, yet no one is perfect and when I had a minuscule issue, the employees collectively resolved the problem with haste and the best customer service I have ever received.
