Employees lack communication with customer. Poor performance. The quality of the food is 10/10. Becareful. They overcharged you drink. Besides the pop soda drink taste like down grade water. Employees lack moral. Seem like they hated their job.
Served old and stale fries, cashier who took order threw my change on the counter. Recommend going to the one on Esplanade :)
3 Taco Bells in Chico and not one serves decent food. Well finally had it after years of paying for crap and spoke to a manager about how the shells soft and crispy stick to wrappers so bad it tears your entire taco or burrito apart and your spooning it out of your hand. Oroville has the best Taco Bell, fresh shells, and hot food , oh but wait, we live in Chico and have 3 lousy ones.
