I ordered my food through the kiosk, and never knew it had to be paid before my order was started. After 5 people were taken care of before me I was informed about that. Then when I got to the picnic with my fiance. It turned out My order was not the same as hers. It had FISH IN IT. probably won't be back for awhile
After ordering my food and finding a table, I asked to use the bathroom. I was told that in order to use the bathroom, someone would have to walk me to the bathroom to unlock it for me. This was a yellow key. It was awkward, but I really had to go. Immediately after coming out, I saw a women enter the bathroom with a pink key in her hand that she had been given. I was told pink means it's an employee key, but this person was not wearing employee clothing and did not appear to be an employee. This clearly felt like prejudice ... read more
