Taco Bell in general has gone down hill, but this one is particularly bad. Personal service in the dining area is almost nonexistent… employees are generally unseen. Those you do see seem quite friendly, but are often seen chatting or texting instead of checking the dining area, bathrooms & trash cans. (Maybe an understaffing issue?) The food is more often than not quite under-filled & thrown together. Messy. Slow. Often wrong. But the last straw for me is that the dining area is now kept ICE COLD! I mean Freezing!!! Poor quality, I ordered 3 soft taco supreme NO CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM and ADDED chicken to them. All three tacos barely had chicken on them no beef maybe 4 tiny tomatoes and cheese sauce all over the wrappers along with shredded cheese bits throughout. I paid $17 for three tacos just for them to tell me if I wanted beef on them as well I was gonna have to pay for three sides of beef... wasn't even worth the argument I walked in the store and threw the whole bag away... thanks for wasting my time and money
Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Over 40 minutes for a simple order.

this taco bell location is god awful. spent my ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK that’s 45minutes in line for the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. wish i could give zero stars. wish i hadn’t paid ahead of time so i could have just left
