I ordered 2 nacho grande boxes and after I recieved both 1 was in a smaller box and they said they ran out of the bigger one but it was the same thing. When I got home and checked 1 box had half the amount of food as the other even though they were supposed to be the same thing.
Ordered online so they would get exact instructions on how we wanted everything made...give them my name at the window, assumed that since it's a mobile order they'd gotten it right. Mistake. It was missing 2 entire items and I had to go right back and get them for the kiddos. Wasn't too happy about it.
