I have been waiting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. At the Hollister taco bell. The service is extremely slow, the guy at the window was not friendly, did not apologize for the wait or tell me what my drinks were. My boxes were not in boxes. Crammed everything in 1 bag. I refuse to go inside and order on the kiosk. You should be able to talk to an employee and order your food.
