Messed up my order completely. Payed extra for supreme and didn't make anything supreme. Gave me a watered down drink also. They can't seem to ever get orders right yet they never fail to charge you extra for the stuff you ask to be put on. Avoid drive through and go inside to check your order. Terrible service.
Today, around midnight, I visited the Taco Bell through the drive-thru, as I do frequently. I am a regular customer (I go about 4 to 5 times a week) and I always order a Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, but without chicken and with ground beef instead. I absolutely love this Taco Bell! The food is always on point, and their customer service is top tier. Today we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Scott, he was patient, kind and very well mannered. If he wasn't already employed, I'd offer him a job immediately!
