Currently sitting in the drive thru. It’s been over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Not sure what’s going on but this is the 2nd time waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes.

Ana is so unprofessional and rude and should not be in charge .. from the moment I pulled up to the speaker to order will not be coming back her as long as Ana is left in charge she has no customer service whatsoever
CRAPPY SERVICE. I understand they close at 11pm most nights but I was at the drive thru at 10:45pm and no one ever took my order. I drove around and saw someone parked at the window just chatting away with the employee and once the person drove away, the employee never even acknowledged me. It’s not the first time their service is so shitty.
