Service is declining because they are understaffed. Likely a greedy franchise owner.
Ordered the super nachos. They had no flor ans NO MEAT. I usually order the Nachos Bell Grande, but decided to get the super nachos. The chips were different. The quality was not there.
Walked into this taco bell at around 1:05 pm. I was first in line with one other customer awaiting her order. At 1:09 pm I was able to start placing my order. I had one other customer behind me. Looking over the seating area I noticed every single table still had debris on them. All of the chairs were moved. You could tell they had a bit of a rush from lunch. Only 1 table was clean. I frequent this Taco Bell as it’s the one closest to where I live. Every single time I have stopped by I’ve been greeted by the BEST customer service and the kindest employees. The food quality is always top tier and I have never a bad order. Hatti, Chris, Braydon, and Lupe are the freaking dream team and I am so grateful to have them at my regular location. Much love and kudos to all of you!
