Got my order wrong, tells me I can't order anything at window and I tell her I ordered it at the intercom. Argues they got my order right and that they do not sub for steak, yet on my receipt says they did sub and charged me on top of that 🤦♀️What I think is the manager is no help and tells her I need to drive thru again and order Horrible service!

No one tends to the front desk even though they occasionally awkwardly make eye contact with you. This location 100% prioritizes drive through and door dash before walk in customers. They’re clearly busy but why even have a walk in option if they just choose to ignore you? Food was late. Manager wouldn’t offer me a refund for my order even after waiting in excess of 25 min for the food it took forever to even order. Why would anyone choose to willingly torture themselves like that
Went to Taco Bell and the customer service was very disappointing. When I pulled up to the window to pay, Genesis the cashier just stuck her arm out for my card without even saying hello, telling me my total, or reading back my order. How am I supposed to know I’m paying for the correct order if there’s no communication at all? A simple greeting and basic customer service would’ve made a big difference
