I can understand a mix up every now and then but EVERY SINGLE TIME ?? It never fails that when my family chooses to eat Taco Bell from this specific location they ALWAYS manage to mess something up.. whether it’s forgetting to put food items in our bag or not making the items correctly.. Rude no effort on answering the phone not recognition and no satisfaction Placed the and general manager needs and to be recognizable and satisfaction mobile order, got there and they couldn’t find it anywhere. Asked me three times to repeat it and then left me sitting outside for 45 minutes waiting for it Not an exaggeration, Literally 45 minutes
I love Taco Bell, but this was BAD. If I could give 0 stars, I would. FREEZING INSIDE! Worst service from the staff - rude. Very dirty tables, drink fountain station had water all over it. Did not receive sauce packets. The kiosk let us order Baja blast, but when we tried it, it was so watered down.
They messed up every item on my order.. but not how you’d expect. They made every item I ordered but put wrong ingredients making it seem intentional. For example, one of the items I ordered was chips and nacho cheese and ended up getting chips with a cup of shredded cheese. Like is that even on the menu lol? Hard to believe that was an accident
