I go to this location a lot generally it’s OK. But I just got a bean and cheese burrito with a plastic bag in it and I’m not very pleased. I used the drive-through and I found this problem once I got home. I tried calling so I could warn them about it in case there’s more plastic bags in their beans, but nobody answered.
Stopped by Taco Bell and had a great overall experience. The place was clean with a nice, casual atmosphere. The cashier was ready to take orders, or you could use the self-order kiosk, which was convenient. I placed a mobile order—it took just under 10 minutes for my food to be ready, which is reasonable. Frequently ordered from here over last 4 years. But lately food is never fresh. Always get stale mexican pizza, nacho fries are soft and soggy. No food quality control.
