Food tastes pretty good. Orders a usually made correctly in my experiences. That being saint in past 2-3 weeks, I usually go 2-3times a week. My food presentation has been disappointing. Cinnabon delights used to look just like the pictures. Here recently they are just donut holes. 1 time had no cinnamon and sugar on it at all another had barely any. Genuinely one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had. Our drink sizes were wrong, and when I went back in to get utensils, which our food required, I stood at the counter being stared at for a full minute or two before anyone spoke to me. When I finally asked for utensils, I was told they were “out of forks and spoons,” but had knives. No explanation. No apology. No attempt to solve the problem. The one in Hendersonville on Indian lake is the best everything was good.
It's a Taco Bell. We all know what they have. This one is clean and the wait was reasonable. Staff member who I interacted with was friendly. Food was as expected. Overall I'm satisfied, although I feel like the price for rehydrated beans in a tortilla,while less expensive than other restaurants, is not reasonable for what I get. (This complaint about the price of a bean burrito is with the company, not this specific store.)
