As a delivery driver, waiting over 15min for an order that was placed 10min ahead of arrival is absolutely absurd. Waiting for the food, ice literally melting to make the drink flat, resulting in a poor rating for myself. During the wait, numerous customers walked in & left after NO ONE came to the front. Just a bunch of college kids cursing at each other having a jolly time while ignoring their jobs is why I'll NOT be returning to this establishment anytime soon.
Worst Taco Bell I've at at in years
I ordered off the app 20 minutes in advance so it would be ready when i got there. Went in told them i ordered off the app and he immediately walked away from the counter after he handed us our 2 cups. Other people came in and waited at the counter for multiple minutes to order without even being acknowledged.
