Last night, 8/2/25 my daughter and I go through the drive through. Cars move up so I get to the 1st of 2 order areas and wait. The 2nd order area is open so after a about 5 seconds I move to it thinking that maybe the correct option because there are 2. After almost a minute of silence there, I hear the speaker from the 1st order area and car there. So then I pull up the the pick up window and explain what happened. terrible customer service I ask for a refund the Manager insist, I give him a reason I did not come here for a kerfuffle. Could you please give me my refund he gave me such the hardest time thank God McDonald’s is across the street.
Every time i get food delivered from this location something is ALWAYS missing 100% of the time it's either my entire order or half. Couple times ago i ordered cheese roll ups and some other stuff but there was no CHEESE in the CHEESE roll ups it was just a plain normal tortilla that was wrapped. This time over half our order was missing, it's something wrong every single time. Hire a competent night crew
