The cashier was very rude the name on the receipt I received Alyssa G. She's very rude she didn't say anything rude it was just her demeanor. The food was not good the taco shells were rancid. I requested new ones which were served but again handed to us in a rude demeanor. The food was better after I requested new/different shells. But, I do believe the cashier needs improvement on her customer service.
I've only done the drive thru at this Taco Bell in front of Costco on Lacey Blvd before the roundabout on the 43...They're friendly and service is fast...
Order thru the drive thu got food i ordered but with sour cream after asking 2 time not for it I understand they closed in 1 hour but to give a person food they didn't order is lact of listening to the customer 7/14 2025 in handford at 1020
Night shift do better. There’s no love in this Crunchwrap. Every time I’ve ordered a Crunchwrap from Taco Bell it’s NEVER looked like this. They didn’t even put tomato. Also the lady at drive through was rude. She made me a medium drink when I paid for a large and when I mentioned it she made a new one but refused to reach out to my window to hand it to me. Very unprofessional and bad customer service!!!! Taco Bell do better!
