7-18-25 pulled up at drive thru @ 11:56 no line. Parking lot 1 car. 5 mins pass no one said anything at speaker. I drove off. Saw one KFC employee walk across to Bill Miller another having a cig break. Didn’t see any TacoBell employees through window.
The floor was sticky and the staff didn't really understand me. I ordered 1 taco 2 cheesy gordita mac and cheese and 2 cheesy roll ups 3 drinks and apple pie bites and the food was wasn't hot they forget about our pies didn't melt the cheese on my granddaughters Cheeesy roll up
Best Taco Bell/KFC in San Antonio. Super clean and the staff is very friendly. Best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Shout out to Aaron!
It was close to closing but they were kind and made sure our order was correct and everything was so fresh too. I appreciated their customer service.
