I ordered drive thru, everything looked alright from a top view before I left but when I got home and opened my cantina chicken bowl, it had no chicken! I was really upset, however when I drove back and went inside and explained to the assistant manager my situation, the whole staff was very understanding and treated me well and apologized.. they corrected my bowl and made me an additional bowl at no charge. We had a two person party and the wait to dine in was ~15 minutes for a small order. I would recommend that if you are hungry and want fast service to go to the drive though line then come inside to eat. The staff was friendly but it shows that you are not a priority. The store was very clean.

One of two identical items I ordered was special ordered because my granddaughter likes it a very specific way. When I received my bag, both items were wrapped identically with no writing or any sort of notation distinguishing the special ordered one from the regular one.
