Went through the drive-thru and was in the middle of placing my order. I noticed the Combo #2 showed up as crunchy instead of soft, so I let the gentleman know right away so he could change it. His response? “Well, we already made them.” 😐 Umm… how are you already making the food if I’m still ordering and haven’t confirmed anything on the screen? That makes no sense.
