Did a moble order to dine in. We got are food just fine.(but not our drinks) But then the worker directly walked over and talked to his friend as I got up and tried to get people in the backs attention. With no luck. As the guy watched me the whole time. Once he was done with his conversation . He walks over and says I can get you guys your drinks. 3 min later. Mind you we are the only costomers in the building.
Spent 15 minutes trying to order and use my reward and no help was given. I couldn’t order at this location bad customer service.
