Waiting in the store for 12 minutes for your food is NOT "fast food."
This has got to be the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Went through the drive-thru and it took over 30 minutes to take my order and then I just sat there after I paid $37 for a taco supreme and three crunchy supreme. Very expensive and slow!!! I guess fast food is no longer fast food anymore. If you like Taco Bell, you might want to go somewhere else to get your order taken because the food was terrible. I ordered a burrito supreme and I didn't get a burritos supreme, it was something else, and it was nasty.
Wait time for in store orders average 30 minutes. I order food here weekly sometimes multiple times a week and food quality and order accuracy has gotten better but ever time I order I have to stand at the counter for at least 5minutes after getting my food to try and get my drinks it's aggravating to sit there and be ignored week after week. Can you guys hire more people? I sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes after being told it would only be a few minutes. I ended up at Moes instead. Used to love this taco bell but get your employees more help
