This place needs to be organised! It takes too long before you get your order. Team does no know what they are doing. The cost is skyrocketing but the service is trash! I ordered within the restaurant and after waiting for 25 minutes, during which I reminded twice, I was told I don’t see your order, then you are next but still I waited while others came , and experienced the same. I never leave reviews, like ever. but this is literally the worst Taco Bell in Rochester. Likely in the country. It’s hard to even put into words how bad this Taco Bell is. Be prepared to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes to receive some cold food that is prepared incorrectly and missing items. and this won’t happen once in a while, this will happen every. single. time. consistently. Let me make this clear, I LOVE Taco Bell, but this location is progressively becoming worse and worse, I sat at the speaker for 15 min in complete silence, ended up leaving. I used to stop here after work a lot but it’s becoming a waste of time. The food quality is not nearly what I get from other surrounding locations, the meat in the tacos is usually soggy and cold, it’s just not a pleasurable experience anymore

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Every time I come it takes 30 mins to get you your food and when you finally get it, its hard, stale, and cold. Never coming back and dont recomend anyone come to this location either. This place needs to improve

This location clearly needs management attention. We waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru without a single car moving. I finally went inside and, despite seeing six employees, no one could explain what was happening or when orders would start moving. With hungry kids in the car, we eventually gave up and went to Wendy’s. I then called the store about getting a refund and was told we needed to come back in person.
