Yo the gal that was helping me was so goddamn rude I love Taco Bell and this wasn’t it. The gal that helped us was rude, threw all our food all over the bag we got a messed up order and while ordering we basically got the worst experience every.
Best taco bell I ever had
Stopped in just for a drink, but accidentally triggered a villain origin story. I made the grave mistake of ordering at the counter instead of using the kiosk. The lady behind the register—who I'm 99% sure was the manager—looked at me like I had personally insulted her ancestors. Without saying a single word to me the entire time , she dramatically ripped off her gloves, hurled them on the station, and gave me the dirtiest stink eye in Taco Bell history. My husband and I were in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. We still had 4 cars in front of us. The day was 8/15/26 at about 11:30 pm. One of the staff members of taco bell came out and told us they were closed. She said they could not keep up with the line and were short staffed. We had a horse trailer behind us in line that could not back out so we were stuck just waiting for the people in front of us to clear because there was no way to get out of line even if we wanted to. Can't remember the last time my order was made correctly or the customer service was worth the wait in line. It's hit and miss if the amount of protein you get is worth the price. They skim the regular beef option occasionally like the chicken and steak options.
