Brandy, the general manager, is the main reason this Taco Bell is such a miserable experience. She comes off rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping, and that attitude clearly trickles down to the rest of the staff. Everyone looks stressed and uncomfortable, like they're just trying to get through the shift without setting her off. We had lunch inside and as we sat waiting for our food (that took much longer than expected) we had a chance to look around. The lobby is disgustingly dirty. Every inch of it. From the drink station, under the drink station, the floors, the windows, window sills, the order kiosk (the entire stand), light fixtures, tables, garbage cans over flowing, etc. We were too scared to enter the bathrooms.
