Went to this taco bell tonight at around 11:30 on July 18th. There was a long line which is totally normal for this location. I usually have no problem waiting, but tonight was one of the worst experiences I've had at this location. I spent almost 70 dollars only to come home and find that the food was sloppily thrown together. Crunch wraps were pretty much meatless and burnt on the outside. Food and staff are always great.
No one takes physically takes your order anymore. You are forced to use the kiosk apparently. No ice in the drink fountain machine. I wanted 35 minutes for my food. Terrible service with zero accountability
rude staff they put an untrained new young girl to work the register and refused to help her when she was asking for him I felt really bad for her she must have had the worst day of work that day shame on her co workers/ whoever was manager. oh and took 20+ min to get the food which even half that is still probably the longest I've had to wait after placing my order at any taco bell in all my life of eating at taco bell
