No exaggeration, every time I eat here it takes forever! The term fast food does not apply to this place.
Every time I come up to the Powhatan kfc/Taco Bell there are people waiting in the restaurant lobby. People waiting in the drive thru. Drive thru is like what do u want? Is that it? Customer service . Why is there always a wait? Got the 8 piece for $10. Wanted certain crust. All not available. Wanted dark meat like it is SUPPOSED to come. All not available. Get it together. Only one other customer in the dining area but drive thru was busy. Immediate service with food quickly provided. Restaurant dining area was clean. Food was what you expect from KFC, well cooked chicken, good mashed potatoes and a biscuit with butter.
