Steer clear of this location... We drove out of our way to go here based on prior positive experiences. Unsure what has happened since. We were asked to pull forward where 3 other cars were already waiting. In the 15 minutes we sat waiting for our food, we watched every other car be asked to pull forward to wait. On arrival home, the food was absolute garbage as evidenced by the photos. This used to be a much better location.
No exaggeration, every time I eat here it takes forever! The term fast food does not apply to this place.
Every time I come up to the Powhatan kfc/Taco Bell there are people waiting in the restaurant lobby. People waiting in the drive thru. Drive thru is like what do u want? Is that it? Customer service . Why is there always a wait? Got the 8 piece for $10. Wanted certain crust. All not available. Wanted dark meat like it is SUPPOSED to come. All not available. Get it together.
