they replaced the drive thru with some ai robot voice that ultimately is less efficient than a person and they have been shorting on food for the past month

rude workers and soggy food
Sad to write this as recently things have been much improved at this location, but on Saturday mid day the employees working were extremely rude. Not only was the food old, stale, dry, and hard but they also made it incorrectly. They were obviously irritated when I asked for it to be remade, and then gave me even older, staler items in the remade food somehow! Management needs to get quality control figured out and fire lazy, rude employees!
