I visited Taco Bell and received cold nacho fries, which was really disappointing. When I politely mentioned it to the staff, they reacted as if it was my fault but after that they gave us hot, I expect better customer service and fresh food, especially when I’m paying for it. Definitely not a good experience this time.
The sodas were flat and the refused to refund our money.
Got day old hash brown this morning along with disrespectful attitude...no thank you no you're welcome...typical bay area behavior from our young female workers...@ $17 an hour? I wanted to order another item at the window but was told No No No, not please pay, park, and come in to pick up? Just No because there's one car waiting behind my car.
