When you walk inside and see a dead roach and you think to yourself what do you not see behind the counter. I told a staff member about it and they with the 10 minutes being here didn’t want to clean it up.
AI drive through agent made it impossible to order. The worker had to step in and override the AI. Then the screen wouldn't update. When it was talking the volume of the agent was entirely too loud as well, very jarring. It felt like I was being yelled at by something that couldn't understand my order. The volume of the person was adjusted correctly once she got on. AI Ruined the experience, and the worker was the only saving grace.
