Lobby was locked and would not let me use the restroom during the daytime on a weekday.

This location has really fallen down the drain over the last year. Order is almost always incorrect. Long wait times, irresponsible employees. Had ordered a cantina quesadilla, had some kind of red sauce on it. I’ve never seen this sauce before. Go back inside to get another one only to wait at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees try their best to avoid me.
