Horrible service. My order was messed up three separate times on three different days, and today’s experience was by far the worst. Aiden Howe was extremely rude, unpleasant, and disrespectful. He and the night manager (the one with the ponytail) even slammed the window in my face. Instead of resolving the issue, Aiden continued arguing with me and behaved in an unprofessional manner. They push the app ... And prioritize drive thru... Waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes... I can hear cussing and laughing... But no food..
Food is never made properly and staff is always too busy talking to one another than paying attention to customers and what they actually order.
