Could you please stop lying about orders being ready on the app just to make your wait times look better? There's like a 50% chance at least one of my items is going to be wrong whenever I come here, and there's almost never a line or any other reason for you to not be able to the bare minimum of the job you were hired for

This was my 4th attempt. I was the 2nd car in line. I was on my 30 min lunch break and wanted to order a couple of tacos. It took 15 mins for them to take the order of the guy in front of me and another 15 at the window. This was my 4th attempt. The last 3 times I had to get out of line and go back to work without lunch because of how dreadfully slow they are. At least this time I got food, but was late back to work. I work extremely close by this location. Also, they overcharge.
