I came through the drive-thru earlier and the girl that was working the window was really nice. Super friendly, smiling, and had such a nice smile. Just had a great vibe. Definitely stood out.
I'm writing this as I'm waiting for my husband to order and bring the food to the car. I live in Montreal, and we don't have these any more, so we drive down to treat ourselves. Every single time we come we're waiting over 20 mins for two luxe boxes. We watch people that came in after us being served there food first. Last week they somehow "lost" our order. Two weeks before the entire order was wrong on top of waiting 20mins. And today? Not only are we waiting for over 20, but half the order is wrong. Fix this.
