Ever since the addition of the self kiosk, Taco Bell (as with many chains) has eliminated customer service. There is no longer greeting customers. There is no longer smiling if you do greet a customer. There is no response when a customer tells an employee thank you. They call your name, set your order on the counter and walk away.
