Place was a wreck . Always is. Poor management on evening shift.
Walked over to tacobell was inside at counter tried placing an order a employee came up and said order off touch screen only. I said no because you guys never clean them. Then employee said use it or leave we don't really like truck drivers coming over here anyway. Hmmmm I parked my rv across street at ta truckstop because couldn't get it in their tacobell lot. They people get treated these days based off assumption. But the Popeyes chicken ended up not being to bad. I will give them a great review.
Drive-Thru First, Dine-In Forgotten Placed a dine-in order at 12:38 PM and didn’t receive our food until 1:05 PM. During that time, we watched a constant flow of cars breeze through the drive-thru — fast, efficient, and clearly the top priority. Meanwhile, we sat inside waiting… and waiting. If they can concentrate on customer orders instead of being on their phone in drive thru, maybe the restaurant won't close. It sometimes your own employees that will destroy your business. Phones shouldn't be in your hand while your at work and I'm paying for my order to be correct.
