This location is always out of basic items like drinks or even ground beef if you go at inconvenient times (past 9 or 10 pm). Just went to pick up my order right after they opened at 9:00 am and they told me the food wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes! When asked if there was a way to cancel my order or speak to someone about the inconvenience, I was met with rude behavior and harsh words from who I’m assuming is the manager on shift. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
Can't stand a store that only has kiosks. People weren't friendly but they provided good food. Wasn't told drink i ordered was out. The unwelcome feel at this store is corporates fault.
Place needs to be shutdown and entirely revamped of the crew and management etc
An employee standing at the register told me she could not take my order and I had to use a kiosk. I refuse to order from a kiosk. I left and will never return here for the rest of my life.
