food is fine (if you even get it), service is genuinely unbelievable in how bad it is. most of the time, there isn't anyone at the front, meaning you can only order on the kiosks and it can take upwards of 10 minutes to actually talk to an employee. they took 30 minutes to make a relatively small (<$30 order for 3 people) order, then came up to say that they had run out of something in the order. not that bad by itself, I asked for a supreme taco to replace it, but when I got my order, there wasn't anything there in the firs... read more
I stopped @ Taco Bell after 8 PM on Thursday, 8/21/25, for my husband. I must say two ladies that was working that night, was very professional, kind, greeted us with a smile. The drive thru @ Taco Bell was very busy that night. Please accept my apologies and I did not get the ladies name that night. She was nice, kind, and even said thank you and have a great night. Come again. Excellent customer service was given.
