I stopped @ Taco Bell after 8 PM on Thursday, 8/21/25, for my husband. I must say two ladies that was working that night, was very professional, kind, greeted us with a smile. The drive thru @ Taco Bell was very busy that night. Please accept my apologies and I did not get the ladies name that night. She was nice, kind, and even said thank you and have a great night. Come again. Excellent customer service was given.
I ordered 2 cheesy grilled melt steak burritos, and they gave me 2 tiny steak chalupas instead of what I ordered from the drive thru "Taco Bell " need to listen to what customers order!!!
