Go to the Bell around the corner. They refuse to stop serving lettuce because it has not been recalled by corporate or the government. The general manager has a significant beard and refuses to wear a beard net when serving food. Sloppily made food in general, very stingy portioning. Untrained staff. Terrible restaurant
Easily the worst Taco Bell in the Greater Lansing Area. Incredibly long wait times especially at night, if you can’t pay your employees enough to do a competent job, just close the location. Managers are never helping and staff can’t read basic instructions. When we have an actual allergy or in this case a parasitic outbreak, no lettuce means not lettuce. I know working on the line is hard and specific requests are annoying but get it together.
The friendly drive through staff at this location always put me in a good mood :)
