Placed a mobile order through the drive-thru. My Crunchwrap was missing ingredients and they left off the chips and cheese without saying anything or offering a replacement. Went inside to fix it, waited 10 minutes, and was ignored while staff argued with another customer. Not understaffed—about 8 employees with only one food line open while managers stood around. This location sucks something special. Either the lobby is closed or they’re out of stuff because they can’t figure out how to order stock. Example, they were out of cheese today. CHEESE. I have now resolved to not return to this location.
Worst experience ever. Made my doordasher wait over an hour just to give me my bag with my receipt but not my food.
Meghan did a wonderful job serving us. We came through the drive thru and we could twll she was stressed because the fryer was down but she remained very composed and friendly! Would definitely come back thanks to her!
