Placed a mobile order through the drive-thru. My Crunchwrap was missing ingredients and they left off the chips and cheese without saying anything or offering a replacement. Went inside to fix it, waited 10 minutes, and was ignored while staff argued with another customer. Not understaffed—about 8 employees with only one food line open while managers stood around. Poor service, ended up walking out.
I made a mobile order and they took a long time to make, which is fine because they’re understaffed. However, they made it and set it down and didn’t hand it to me for 10 minutes. They forgot my drink and I went to the drive through to get it, and the cashier gave me severe attitude for “making a mobile order” as if it’s my fault. I know being understaffed sucks, but it’s ridiculous that they took their anger out on me
Staff was very rude. Acted almost irritated that I was even picking up my order to begin with. I don’t recommend.
Gave me beef instead of black beans. Suck my ass
I wish they would offer Cheeto dusted chicken tacos.
