So glad you guys are back open this is easily the best Taco Bell around. Nova was great today, I have a great experience every time I come. 10/10
This is long overdue for a review but this is the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I've gone here recently out of convenience and every time I go later (but within the hours of midnight-2am) I'm met with 3 employees that have no idea what they're doing and the gentleman over the intercom is consistently rude. They will tell you that their wait time is between 45mins-1hr with a total of 3 cars in line just to get you to turn around and leave so they can go back to doing NOTHING. Put in on online order and was told at the drive thru that it would be a long wait and i could cancel if I wanted. No biggie, said thank you and that I would cancel. The employee then decided to shout an insult after me. Great service 🙄
