Awful service made me use the kiosk and it didn't work twice so then I was finally able to give someone my order very frustrating
This location is so frustrating !!! The food is always made well tbh but they ALWAYS forget the sauce, always. I’m convinced someone is messing with me at this point because one day, I received an actual plastic bag FILLED with sauce. Like a comical amount. But before then and now ever since after, I never receive sauce with my delivery orders to where it almost feels intentional because how is it being forgotten every single order I make ?? which is fairly often. Please do better 😩
Went tonight 9/3, 9:39pm to pick up and mobile order and because I ask that one of the Baja blast was changed to a Pepsi the girl that was at the drive through window she did it with some attitude visible she was unhappy to change it, she told me next time do it on the app and then she started to laugh with her co-worker. Been working with customer retail service she should know that excellent customer service is a key to success business, make the customer wanted to go back and order, or she doesn’t know that is us who goes... read more
