Went for lunch and they had the doors locked. Said we needed to use the drive thru. I say you need to find another customer. Hot Table across the street got our business.
This was one of the worst and most unacceptable fast food experiences I’ve ever had. When I opened my bag, I found what appeared to be a BLADE inside. This is not just bad service — it is a serious safety hazard and completely inexcusable. The food itself was just as bad. The nuggets were clearly old and tasted stale, the fries were so hard they were impossible to eat, and the tacos were thrown together in a sloppy, careless way.
