Places like this are the reason I eat at a Taco Bell once every 10 years. Pretty sure they blindly throw food in the bags. If it was cheap, I’d just deal and move on but it’s not 1995 prices anymore.

management cannot seem to get get employees to put everything that you pay for in your bag It doesn’t help. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE No wonder I have bad marks on door dash
The employees will look at you when you stand near the cash register but they won't even come up to you.
